Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy last 2 weeks (14 days). Once you have received your item you have two weeks to try it on and if it doesn’t work get it mailed back to us. We must receive that item within the two weeks. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and sent back in its original packaging. 

Please keep in mind returns are for STORE CREDIT only. 

If you choose to return an item for store credit, the original purchase price and applicable sales tax will be credited to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item). 

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item.

All accessories including under garments and shoes are final sale. 

All sale items are FINAL and cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
