Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Klassy Cactus! We're committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below. 

Processing Time
-Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
-During high volume periods (ex. sales or new drops), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
-The estimated time and cost will depend on location, carrier delays and what shipping method you choose at checkout. 

Shipping Locations
-we currently ship to the US only

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
   -
Check with neighbors OR your local post office.
   -If still unresolved after 48 hours, you can contact us via email and we will try to help       direct you and help you the best we can.

*We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Also, once an item has been dropped off by The Klassy Cactus at the shipping location (ex. USPS), it is out of our control with what happens to the package there and in route to you.
